As part of our eBay courier service, we can collect items that you have purchased from any part of the country. But, of course, we are not only limited to collecting eBay items. We can collect items that you have purchased from any site online, including Gumtree preloved and Friday-ad.
If we collect an item purchased from eBay, it will be helpful to know the item number for quotation purposes. This will enable our eBay courier driver to estimate how much space the item will take up in the van and plan other collections on the route.
If you have purchased an item on an auction format website, then please let us know when it ends and let us know a prospective delivery date should you win the item.
Our eBay courier service can collect your online purchases at short notice at the standard rate. Reductions on this rate will be available if you can give up to two weeks of notice for collection.
We can arrange collection times with the seller for your online purchases. Just give us the sellers phone number and let us sort out the logistics for you.
When you book our eBay courier service, we will assume that help will be available at both ends to help load and unload heavy and bulky items. If an extra porter is required, please inform us before booking to include this in the price and arrange for an extra porter to accompany the driver.
